Cancellation Policy
Life Coaching Program Policy Purpose: This policy outlines the terms, expectations, and structure of a consultation session pack for clients engaging in life coaching services. It ensures transparency, professionalism, and a shared understanding between coach and client. Program Package: Interactive, App-Based Learning - 1 hour weekly for 8 weeks Short videos and activities for practical, real-world application Pod Discussion - 1 hour weekly for 8 weeks PQ App Access - 3 months Available on Apple, Android, and Desktop, the app integrates your daily practice and tracks your progress toward lasting change Payment & Refund Policy: Payment is due in full at the time of booking the life coaching package. Refunds are not provided for unused sessions. However, unused sessions may be credited toward future coaching within the 3-month validity period. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled without notice will be considered used. Client Responsibilities: Commit to honesty, openness, and follow-through with action steps. Respect scheduled session times. Coach Responsibilities: Provide a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment. Offer practices, guidance, and presence. Maintain professionalism and respect at all times. Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed unless required by law or with written client consent. Agreement: By purchasing a program package, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
